Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Pricing & Procurement Analyst to support our Sales and Procurement teams from our Burlington, Mississauga, or Vaughan branches.

You will ensure pricing accuracy, data integrity in the ERP, and timely order entry to assist the sales force. The role emphasizes vendor onboarding, preparing pricing documentation, accurate quotes, and maintaining client relationships while adhering to ethical sales practices and competition laws.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a sales support or coordination role
• Experience in building supplies or construction is a strong asset
• Experience dealing with ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling logistics efficiently

Responsibilities

Position Purpose

The Pricing & Procurement Analyst will support our internal Sales and Procurement teams. Ensuring the accuracy of pricing, sales orders and system data. Depending on the right candidate, this role may work out of our Burlington, Mississauga or Vaughan branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer pricing documentation
• Prepare vendor pricing documentation
• Manage the pricing and quotations for specialty products
• Assist in the process of onboarding new vendors
• Prepare accurate quotes and support the sales team with timely order entry and documentation
• Utilize ERP systems (Business Central) to track customer orders and maintain an accurate customer database
• Communicate needs, concerns, competitive activities, and demand for products to the team to drive initiatives
• Provide sales activity reports to management as required
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Uphold company standards as it relates to sales ethics, and anti-trust & competition laws

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
• Previous experience or exposure to building supplies or construction industry considered a strong asset
• Previous experience dealing with ERP systems

• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and handle logistical challenges efficiently

Compensation

The (range of) compensation for this position is $60,700.00 to $71,600.00
