About the Role:

ThePricing Analystprovides analytical support to a specific functional area, department, or division. This role focuses on proactive pricing analysis to identify opportunities for improving margins and increasing revenue. The Pricing Analyst will lead pricing-related projects, develop ad hoc operational or financial performance reports, and proactively recommend solutions to business issues.

What You'll Do:

  • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and review/analyze financial statements and reports.

  • Pricing Analysis: Perform pricing analysis to uncover opportunities for margin improvement and revenue enhancement.

  • Project Leadership: Lead pricing-related projects and profitability improvement initiatives, presenting findings and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams and management.

  • Pricing Programs: Develop pricing programs and provide comprehensive reporting, tracking, and impact analysis.

  • Scheduled Reviews: Conduct regular pricing reviews of key profit metrics with the product marketing and sales teams to identify variances from margin and profit goals, implementing necessary actions.

  • ERP Management: Manage and maintain the pricing structure in the company’s ERP system, proactively identifying discrepancies or errors.

  • Implementation and Validation: Implement and validate approved pricing actions, conducting post-action reviews and reporting.

  • Support and Training: Troubleshoot pricing-related inquiries and provide training as needed to support the sales and product marketing teams.

  • Process Improvement: Participate in pricing-related process improvement or system enhancement projects.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide backup and coverage for other functional areas within the pricing and finance teams as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3+ years of related experience in Pricing or Finance.

  • Superb analytical skills with strong technical proficiency (e.g., SQL, MS Access, VBA).

  • Ability to seek out objectives and complete them with minimal management input.

  • Capable of initiating and leading projects while working under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, subject to change.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat requis.

  • 3+ années d'expérience pertinente en matière de prix ou de finance.

  • Excellentes compétences analytiques avec une forte maîtrise technique (par exemple, SQL, MS Access, VBA).

  • Capacité à rechercher des objectifs et à les atteindre avec un minimum d'intervention de la direction.

  • Capable d'initier et de diriger des projets tout en travaillant sous pression et avec des délais serrés.
