Job Description

The Pricing Analyst will analyze and develop pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to provide actionable insights for business decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Pricing Initiative – New Business
    Implement strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives for new business and expansion opportunities.
  2. Pricing Strategies
    Develop and implement pricing strategies to secure new business and expand existing client relationships. Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to support opportunities.
  3. Market Trends
    Monitor market trends, pricing, and innovations in the industry.
  4. Collaboration
    Work with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams on pricing decisions.
  5. Best Practices
    Stay updated on pricing best practices, innovations in commercial cleaning, and market dynamics.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning industry or similar, with a focus on managing pricing processes and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numerical data, and meticulous attention to detail.

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

  • Not required.
