SUMMARY

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and developing pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market. You will gather and interpret data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to collaborate across departments.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pricing Initiative – New Business

  • Responsible for the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives for new business and expansion opportunities.

Pricing Strategies

  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies that contribute to securing new business and expanding share of wallet with existing clients.
  • Working closely with Director of BD to support solution of opportunities.

Market Trends

  • Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on market pricing and innovations.

Collaboration

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams on pricing decisions.

Best Practices

  • Staying updated with pricing best practices, commercial cleaning innovations, and market dynamics in the cleaning industry.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Post-secondary education (accounting or finance background is preferred).
  • Prior experience within the commercial cleaning industry or similar, including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives.
  • Possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience within the commercial cleaning industry or similarincluding solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives.

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

  • Non required.
