Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Greater Ottawa is seeking motivated Design Consultants for in-home appointments. You will present window and door replacement options, close sales on the same day, and benefit from a full commission structure with mentorship and ongoing coaching.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, opportunities to win annual Sales Trips, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, RRSP participation, and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 3 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement projects.
• This position does not require cold calling or project management - a strong sales closing role.
