Job summary

Jim Pattison Volkswagen Surrey is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the Volkswagen brand. The role is full-time, with evenings and weekends required, at our Surrey, BC location.

You will build rapport, present options, conduct test drives, and assist with pricing and financing in collaboration with management. A strong work ethic and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
• Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
