Job summary

The Jim Pattison Volkswagen Surrey is seeking a Product Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey and deliver a premium experience aligned with the VW brand.

You will present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management, while building lasting customer relationships. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Must be available all days including evenings and weekends.
• Strong work ethic with high energy and motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and follow up.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey delivering a premium experience.
• Present options, pricing, and financing; structure deals with management.
• Demonstrate vehicles and lead test drives.
• Maintain CRM-driven follow up and manage leads.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth handover.
• Continuously develop product knowledge on OEM features and trends.
• Contribute to team success with a positive attitude and work ethic.
