Job summary

The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a personable, tech-savvy Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of the Service Department at Volvo Surrey. You will be the primary contact for Service customers, delivering outstanding service and staying organized to reflect our commitment to customers.

This full-time position runs 40 hours weekly, Tuesday to Saturday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Base salary ranges from $60,000–$85,000 annually with performance-based commission; top performers exceed $85,000.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet Service customers and understand their needs.
• Answer Service department calls promptly and professionally.
• Document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders and quote services.
• Serve as liaison between customer, parts, and technicians.
• Keep customers informed on status and wait times.
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate when needed.
• Perform vehicle inspection walk-arounds before/after appointments.
