Job summary

The Miele Group is seeking a Sales Consultant in the Vaughan area to deliver a premium customer experience in our on-site Miele Experience Centre. You will drive store sales and demonstrate expert knowledge of Miele products while maintaining a pristine customer environment.

You will manage quotes and orders, cross-sell Cash-and-Carry items, and generate leads from customer events. Evening and weekend flexibility is required, teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in premium retail sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with events coordination and management.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent superior premium customer experience to achieve store sales targets and demonstrate expert Miele product knowledge.
• Always embrace the Miele Experience strategy and operational guidelines and ensure customers enjoy a hassle-free, premium retail experience.
• Have the ability to wear different hats, ensuring the Miele Experience Centre is always pristine.
• Prepare customer quotes and orders.
• Sell Cash-and-Carry products, cross and up-sell products, providing owner education, assisting with events.
• Has the ability to create leads from consumer events which take place at the Miele Experience Centre.
