Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive consumer interaction at the highest level.
• Resolve appliance challenges and coordinate training requirements.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd parties and internal teams.
• Be available on short notice during business day to support as required.
