Responsibilities

• Be the last person on site in most cases with support from RSM and Customer Care
• Provide feedback to the RSM and inform fellow Service Technicians after site visits
• Maintain van, inventory, daily jobs, schedule and tools
• Coordinate training requirements and technical communication for Field to the RSM and Technical Services
• Be available on short notice during the business day to support as required
