Job summary

Canucks Sports & Entertainment is seeking a part-time Coordinator, Premium Service to deliver exceptional guest service to premium members and guests at Abbotsford events. You will coordinate pre-event food and beverage orders, support hospitality operations, and ensure every premium client journey meets or exceeds contractual commitments.

The role includes managing post-event follow ups, preparing event paperwork, and assisting in training premium staff, while working evenings and weekends at

Qualifications

Two years of administrative experience
Proactive, self-starter
Strong customer service focus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail
Able to work flexible event-based hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-event food and beverage orders to ensure accuracy
Support hospitality operations and premium client journey
Maintain premium communications pre-event, event day and post-event
Answer premium suites phone line courteously
Prepare suite notes and event paperwork
Assist in scheduling premium employees and provide administrative support
Build relationships with premium members and seating areas
Assist in post-event follow up for issues and requests
Work Canucks game nights, concerts and other events in Abbotsford
