Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Premium Concessions Attendant to provide outstanding guest service in premium food and beverage areas. You will sell concessions, handle transactions, and maintain cleanliness while ensuring safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Proserve certification, experience in concessions or food handling, and availability for evenings and weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality guest experiences at events.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a concession, food preparation, or food handling environment required.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Must have a valid Proserve certification.
• Work well under pressure; can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell concessions, including drinks and food items, to customers.
• Provide prompt and friendly service following steps of service.
• Handle transactions and enter sales into the cash register.
• Make change and issue receipts; follow cash handling procedures.
• Restock condiments and maintain cleanliness of concession area.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies and uniform standards.
