Compass Group Canada (Beaver) Ltd. is seeking a Mezzanine ETYS Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the assigned location and supervise associates.

You will support the Mezzanine Manager by communicating concerns and information clearly and professionally. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, a valid ProServe certificate, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned location and supervise associates.

The Mezzanine ETYS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing their assigned location and supervising associates. The Mezzanine ETYS Supervisor supports the Mezzanine Manager who is responsible for their area by effectively communicating all concerns and necessary information to them.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Willing to bring new and unique concepts to an exciting and innovative growing brand in Sports and Entertainment.
• Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
• Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
• Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate guilty standards, making recommendations for improvements.
• Assistant management with Front of House labour controls and ensuring time is utilized effectively.
• Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transaction, respect, sincerity, helpfulness and courtesy.
• Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance, AGLC regulations and Health & Safety protocols.
• Strong organization skills with ability to work in high pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Assist staff to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
• Operate all departments POS systems and report malfunctions.
• Stays readily available/approachable for all team members.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand specific service culture.
