Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ supervisory experience in food and beverage.
• Valid ProServe Certificate.
• Flexible availability; evenings, weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned location and supervise associates.
• Communicate concerns to the Mezzanine Manager.
• Assign and ensure timely completion of tasks; suggest improvements.
• Assist management with Front of House labour controls.
• Operate all POS systems and report malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with Compass QA, AGLC regulations and Health & Safety protocols.
