Qualifications

• A significant interest, relevant experience and/or education in hospitality, tourism, or events is a must.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, events, or concierge roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in MS Office suite platforms.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all conference participants.
• Staff concierge or information desks throughout the event.
• Help manage registration check-in and badge distribution when needed.
• Support attendees with wayfinding, accessibility needs, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and company standards.
• Address and resolve attendee concerns promptly and professionally.
