Job summary

Jim Pattison Chrysler Jeep Dodge is seeking an energetic Product Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey and deliver a premium Chrysler experience.

You will welcome customers in-store and via phone/online, understand needs, present options, and help close deals with management. Training, growth, and a supportive team environment are offered, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, in-store, over the phone and online.
• Build rapport to understand needs and recommend vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing and financing options and assist in structuring deals with management.
• Maintain accurate follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Develop product knowledge on OEM features, tech, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
