Job summary

Jim Pattison Toyota on Regent is seeking a dynamic Product Advisor to guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, delivering a premium Toyota experience.

You will welcome clients, understand their needs, present options and coordinate test drives and deliveries, building trust and rapport to close deals. This role requires a high energy customer-focused professional, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligible to obtain Manitoba Sales Permit.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, in store and via phone/online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to understand needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing and financing options and help structure deals with management.
• Maintain accurate follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover.
