Jim Pattison Subaru Victoria is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our dealership team. The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality customer experience, learning product options, and guiding customers through the vehicle-buying process at a well-established Subaru location in Victoria.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting demonstrations and test drives, explaining pricing and financing, and coordinating deals with the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Previous automotive, retail, sales, or customer-service experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
• Learning about customers' needs and recommending appropriate vehicles.
• Conducting vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Explaining vehicle features, pricing, and available financing options.
• Working with management to structure and finalize vehicle deals.
• Managing leads and customer follow‑up through CRM systems.
• Keeping customer information and sales activity accurately documented.
• Coordinating vehicle deliveries and providing a positive handover experience.
• Staying current on Subaru products, technology, features, and industry developments.
• Building lasting customer relationships and contributing to repeat business.
• Working collaboratively with the dealership team to achieve shared goals.
