Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the finance and delivery process, in-store and via follow-ups as needed.
• Review vehicle purchase agreements and explain financing, leasing, and payment options.
• Present and structure finance and lease contracts per lender and dealership guidelines.
• Offer and explain protection products such as extended warranties and insurance products.
• Coordinate with sales and lending institutions to secure approvals and finalize deals.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Maintain up-to-date records in dealership systems and CRM tools.
• Build relationships with financial institutions and stay current on lending programs.
