In this position, you will be responsible for leading the sales department, driving performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience aligned with dealership goals and brand expectations.
This is a full-time, permanent leadership role based on approximately 40 hours per week. Given the nature of the retail automotive business, this role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as well as additional hours as needed to support business operations and team performance.
This role reports to the General Manager of the dealership.

The Automotive Sales Manager is accountable for the operational performance, profitability, and customer experience of the sales department. This role requires data driven decision making, consistent leadership behaviors, and the ability to execute structured sales processes in a high volume dealership environment.

This role requires the successful candidate to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract from ICBC, as well as consent to a background and credit check.
