Downtown Chrysler in Toronto, part of Downtown AutoGroup, is seeking a focused Pre-Owned Automotive Specialist to support the Pre-Owned Sales Manager in growing our pre-owned vehicle department. You'll help guide guests through the car-buying journey and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction at our new Autoplex facility.

This in-person role requires proven sales experience in automotive retail, OMVIC license, and a valid Ontario G license.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, preferably pre-owned.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle market.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficient with dealership management software and MS Office.
• Valid Ontario G license and clean driving record.
• Valid OMVIC license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pre-Owned Sales Manager in driving the department's success.
• Manage sales team, inventory, and customer relations.
• Contribute to growth and profitability of the dealership.
• Be the face of Downtown Chrysler and guide guests through vehicle selection.
