Downtown Chrysler in Toronto, part of Downtown AutoGroup, is seeking a focused Pre-Owned Automotive Specialist to support the Pre-Owned Sales Manager in growing our pre-owned vehicle department. You'll help guide guests through the car-buying journey and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction at our new Autoplex facility.

This in-person role requires proven sales experience in automotive retail, OMVIC license, and a valid Ontario G license.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, preferably pre-owned.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle market.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficient with dealership management software and MS Office.
• Valid Ontario G license and clean driving record.
• Valid OMVIC license.

• You'll be the face of Downtown Chrysler, the person who turns browsers into buyers and buyers into lifelong enthusiasts. You'll guide our guests through the exciting journey of finding their perfect vehicle, making every step of the process a delight.

You Need These Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in a pre-owned vehicle sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and pre-owned vehicle market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software (Reynolds & Reynolds, Era Ignite, VAuto, Focus, DeskIt, and Traderev) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Ontario driver’s G license, a clean driving record, and able to visit multiple locations, if needed.
• Valid OMVIC license.

The expected compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $125,000 per Year.
