Downtown Chrysler, part of Downtown AutoGroup, is seeking a Pre-Owned Automotive Specialist to support the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and drive sales at our Downtown Toronto Autoplex. You’ll guide inventory, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to profitability while delivering exceptional automotive experiences.

The ideal candidate brings proven pre-owned car sales success, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a fast-paced team in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, preferably pre-owned.

Here's what you'll be doing

You need these qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in a pre-owned vehicle sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and pre-owned vehicle market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software (Reynolds & Reynolds, Era Ignite, VAuto, Focus, DeskIt, and Traderev) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Ontario driver’s G license, a clean driving record, and able to visit multiple locations, if needed.
• Valid OMVIC license.

The expected compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $125,000 per Year.
