Downtown Chrysler, part of Downtown AutoGroup (DAG), is seeking an Assistant Service Manager in Toronto. You will guide guests through their service journey, coordinate with technicians, and drive upsells while delivering exceptional experiences.

The role emphasizes trust, communication, and efficient workflow in a busy dealership setting. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a service advisory role, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with dealership software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a service advisor role.
• Strong understanding of automotive service processes and vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, understand service needs, and advise on tailored services.
• Create and manage detailed work orders with approved repairs and estimates.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Upsell services and promote promotions while maintaining trust with customers.
• Review final charges with customers and ensure satisfaction after service.
