Reliance Impact is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead estimating, planning, design development, and procurement for ICI projects in the GTA. The role focuses on driving value through early project decisions and effective pre-construction strategy.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in ICI construction, strong leadership, and excellent client-facing communication to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ICI construction experience.
• Strong estimating or pre-construction background.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction costs, contracts, scheduling, and procurement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction process from opportunity assessment through project handover
• Manage budgets, estimates, schedules, value engineering, and risk analysis
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Oversee tendering, scope reviews, and subcontractor selection
