Job summary

Reliance Impact is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead critical early project phases in Ontario. The role focuses on estimating, planning, design development and procurement to drive successful project handover to execution.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of ICI construction experience, strong budgeting and scheduling knowledge, and a proven ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on complex commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ICI construction experience.
• Strong estimating or pre-construction background.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction costs, contracts, scheduling, and procurement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction process from opportunity assessment through project handover.
