Braid Flooring & Window Fashions is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to lead the accounting and administrative functions and partner with the General Manager to drive accuracy, cash flow, and efficient processes.

The role combines financial oversight with day-to-day operations, mentoring the admin team, and implementing system improvements, including ERP, to support growth and maintain a positive workplace culture in Saskatoon.

Qualificações

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance administration, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with payroll administration.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Complete month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare GST and PST filings.
• Process payroll.
• Coordinate year-end reviews with external accountants.
• Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Support financial reporting and business performance analysis.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable processes.
• Monitor overdue accounts and collection activities.
• Resolve escalated customer payment issues and disputes.
• Work with customers, sales, and operations teams to collect outstanding balances.
• Help maintain healthy cash flow through effective receivables management.
• Payroll and benefits administration.
• Manage insurance administration, including subcontractor compliance requirements.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and administrative systems.
• Oversee and coordinate company events and administrative initiatives.
• Help establish efficient processes and accountability within the administration team.
