Job summary

IGB Technologies Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support its growing power transformer business across Canada. You will manage the full project lifecycle from RFQ to delivery, coordinating with customers, engineering and manufacturing teams, and transformers vendors.

A strong electrical background and PM experience are essential, with training available for transformer specifics. You will lead meetings, review proposals, track milestones, and ensure customer specs and contractual

Qualifications

• Electrical background through education or industry experience.
• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
• PMP, CAPM, or other recognized project management certification preferred.
• Experience managing technical, manufacturing, or industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage power transformer projects from RFQ through delivery and closeout.
• Review vendor proposals for technical and commercial completeness and clarify scope.
• Act as primary customer contact; coordinate with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate drawings and technical documentation through submission and approval.
• Track engineering milestones, FATs, shipping, and delivery to Canada.
• Identify and resolve schedule, technical, and commercial issues; manage changes.
• Maintain project records and support continuous improvement of processes.
