Our employment opportunity of the moment: Policy and Administrative Coordinator

Location: Ottawa, Canada (Hybrid Mode)

Step into the opportunity:

As the Policy and Administrative Coordinator, you will be joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion and equity while being responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating all policies and procedures and instructional guides under your portfolio.
  • Coordinating the review and assessment of business processes and coordinating change management communication and strategy efforts.
  • Providing administrative and support functions to Directors of the divisions and acting as a focal point for internal and external clients.

You Have:
  • A university degree or college certificate in administration, or another relevant field.
  • Proficiency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in areas such as business process review, policy review and development, and project management.
  • Experience providing administrative and support functions to a director’s office.
  • Excellent knowledge of management processes, business systems and internal controls.
  • A sound understanding of business processes review and policy formulation.

  • A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills with the ability to synthesize and summarize documents for executive consumption.
  • Competent in planning, organizing, coordinating.

  • A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.
