Job summary

AtlasCare, a division of RT Holdings Inc, is seeking a highly organized Plumbing Coordinator to manage the Plumbing department's coordination needs in Oakville. The role focuses on scheduling, paperwork, and customer communication to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a secondary school diploma, 2–3 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Service Titan.

Responsibilities:

• Book appointments for customers

Education/Experience/Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Secondary School Diploma
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative function
• An extreme proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Prior experience in plumbing (asset)
• Experience with Service Titan (assest)
• Effective time management, organizational abilities
• A professional attitude illustrated through superior verbal and written communications skills coupled with demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstration of sound decision making skills and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information, necessitating use of discretion, tact and good judgment.
• Must be able to work independently, have analytical and problem solving skills, and superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to establish priorities with attention to detail, and work without direct supervision in a small office environment.
