Job summary

AtlasCare seeks a highly organized Plumbing Coordinator to manage scheduling, permits, and customer communications within our plumbing department. You will handle dispatching, parts ordering, and records, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Secondary School Diploma, 2–3 years in admin, and strong MS Office skills, with plumbing or Service Titan experience considered an asset. This is an on-site role in Ontario with growth potential.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Plumbing Coordinator to manage and coordinate many aspects of our Plumbing department

Responsibilities

• Book appointments for customers
• Apply for necessary permits
• Monitor customer requests via phone or email
• Follow up with customers regarding sales opportunities
• Assist with dispatching
• Ordering parts any parts requested by technicians
• Communicate with customers to schedule return appointments and provide updates on status
• Maintain accurate records of requests, work orders and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery
• Processing warranty claims with suppliers
• General administration (filing, circulating documents, mailings, courier etc.)
• Special projects and reports as required.

Education/Experience/Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Secondary School Diploma
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative function
• An extreme proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Prior experience in plumbing (asset)
• Experience with Service Titan (assest)
• Effective time management, organizational abilities
• A professional attitude illustrated through superior verbal and written communications skills coupled with demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstration of sound decision making skills and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information, necessitating use of discretion, tact and good judgment.
• Must be able to work independently, have analytical and problem solving skills, and superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to establish priorities with attention to detail, and work without direct supervision in a small office environment.
