Job summary

Kraken, through Payward Services, seeks a Head of Operations, Platform Product to own platform product operations and launch readiness for our B2B2C offerings. You will drive cross‑functional execution across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners.

You will run the operational running of US regulated entities, oversee licensing and governance, and partner with Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements and ensure scalable product delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy consulting and operational execution.
• Experience in scaling fintech/banking/crypto firms with cross‑functional roles.
• Familiarity with US regulated financial landscape and licensing processes.
• Ability to map regulatory requirements to governance and product flows.

Responsibilities

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products.
• Drive cross‑functional execution across roadmap milestones and compliance.
• Run day‑to‑day operations across US regulated entities and licensing workstreams.
• Lead regulatory filings (state money transmitter, lending licenses) with Legal/Compliance.
• Interface with regulators, exams, and executives, ensuring governance and controls.
