Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in complex, multi‑quarter initiatives.
• Experience leading Principal/Staff‑level IC scope.
• Proven track record designing and shipping platforms or shared systems.

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major Capital Platform area with material business impact.
• Lead multi‑quarter, cross‑team initiatives requiring deep systems thinking.
