Job summary

Wave is seeking a Group Product Manager, Core Services to define and scale the shared services layer powering product innovation across the organization. This leader will own orchestration across systems, services, and data, guide internal teams to build reusable APIs, workflows, and data capabilities, and drive adoption while balancing speed with platform health.

Qualifications

• Experience owning platform, infrastructure, API, developer tooling, or data platform products used by internal teams or developers.
• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, platform architecture, cloud concepts, and data foundations.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and prioritize investments across multiple teams.
• Experience translating complex platform investments into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong leadership of Product Managers and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for Core Services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Data leaders to shape direction and priorities.
• Own the orchestration layer across system, services, and data flows for internal customers.
• Drive adoption and enablement of shared services, documentation, and change management.
• Define and monitor platform health and success metrics (adoption, reliability, performance).
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers across discovery, prioritization, execution, and alignment.
• Foster alignment across product, engineering, data, design, and business to evolve Core Services with the company vision.
• Identify and leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve velocity and impact.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
