Job summary

Kraken is seeking an experienced On-Chain Product Manager to lead hybrid initiatives across Kraken Pro and Consumer. You will drive the product strategy, align internal teams, and partner with ecosystem participants to expand capabilities, ensuring user-friendly on-chain experiences.

You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to launch, leveraging data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement in a consumer-first, crypto-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record taking products from ideation to go-to-market and iteration.
• On-chain experience required; closer to underlying ecosystem preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken's on-chain hybrid efforts across Kraken Pro and Consumer.
• Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap.
• Collaborate across Pro and Consumer with cross-functional alignment.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities.
• Simplify complex on-chain experiences to be intuitive and accessible.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define and own key product metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
