Job summary

RBC is seeking a senior leader to direct the management of a high-complexity enterprise integration platform portfolio, overseeing 300+ production services with 99.5% availability targets in a Toronto-based role.

You will drive modernization, vendor collaborations, and cross-functional delivery across multiple platforms serving 5 Lines of Business, while shaping secure, resilient operations.

• Set strategic direction for platform operations and modernization with executive guidance.
• Drive innovation and modernization across platform engineering and integration domains.
• Direct the delivery of software solutions across vendor platforms and ensure value realization.
• Oversee vendor relationships, release coordination, and connection management for timely delivery.
• Directs comprehensive support and maintenance to achieve high availability and performance.
• Lead multiple development and support teams and drive accountability and performance.
