- Lead and coach software engineers, ensuring alignment with tech strategy and TOM.
- Plan, evaluate, design, and operate solutions in compliance with standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to meet requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to minimize cost and drive technology modernization.
- Oversee risk, governance, and regulatory considerations across engineering teams.
- Manage resources, SLA attainment, and project budgeting.
