Job summary
US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support a global transaction banking platform within a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will contribute to platform engineering, software delivery modernization, DevOps transformation, and AI-enabled engineering initiatives.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall technology experience.
- Strong experience in DevOps and software delivery modernization.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, release automation, and automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with source control management and modern developer workflows.
- Experience evaluating or adopting AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity tools.
- Understanding of practical AI use cases across the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Support platform engineering and software delivery modernization initiatives.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Drive software delivery improvements through automation and standardized engineering practices.
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows to improve developer productivity.
- Support adoption and enablement of AI tools across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and platform teams to improve software delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows through automation.
- Contribute hands-on technical expertise to priority modernization initiatives.
- Support engineering teams in adopting modern development, deployment, and automation practices.
