Job summary

SpectrumForce in Toronto, ON is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support a global transaction banking platform. The role focuses on platform engineering, DevOps transformation, software delivery modernization, and AI-enabled engineering.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and platform teams to modernize delivery, automate workflows, and drive adoption of GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering and DevOps.
• Experience with large enterprise environments and modernization.
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD, IaC, automation and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Support platform engineering and software delivery modernization initiatives.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation, IaC, and releases.
• Develop and standardize modern DevOps practices and workflows.
• Work with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions for source control and pipelines.
• Evaluate AI-assisted development tools and drive adoption.
