• Experience with source control management and modern developer workflows.
• Experience evaluating or adopting AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity tools.

The successful candidate will contribute to platform engineering, software delivery modernization, DevOps transformation, and AI-enabled engineering initiatives. This role will work closely with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and product teams to improve developer productivity, modernize software delivery practices, and accelerate the adoption of modern engineering tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support platform engineering and software delivery modernization initiatives.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Drive software delivery improvements through automation and standardized engineering practices.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows to improve developer productivity.

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
