• Lead Carlisle Operating System and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional interface with R&D, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, and Logistics.
• Develop staff and succession planning; drive employee engagement.
• Manage 24x7 operations and on-call requirements.
