Job summary

Carlisle Companies seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to ensure plant and equipment are maintained for safe, cost-effective production. Hours are 8:00–16:30, Monday–Friday, with 24/7 on-call availability and possible overtime. Travel for training or plant support may be required.

The role requires Red Seal/Journeyman Millwright, 5–7 years in manufacturing maintenance, and leadership experience, plus SAP/CMMS familiarity. Strong safety focus and collaboration with engineering are essential.

Qualifications

• Red Seal/Journeyman Millwright with rotating equipment experience.
• Maintenance Manager Professional (MMP) or similar is a plus.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing engineering and maintenance.
• 2–4 years in a maintenance leadership role.
• ERP experience with SAP and CMMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute planned and reactive maintenance to meet production schedules.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance systems and work orders.
• Coordinate capital projects with central engineering and other groups.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve equipment performance.
• Oversee stockroom inventory for cost-effective operations.
