Role Overview

The HR Manager will have overall responsibility for plant HR functions, including strategic leadership, employee relations, health and safety, recruitment, performance management, and total rewards. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution, promoting a safe, fair, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to plant management team, supporting business objectives and employee engagement

Qualifications
