Digital Workforce Transformation - UKG Pro Workforce Management Manager

We seek Managers for our growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, specializing in UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-7+ years consulting experience
  • 4-7 years UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in complex sectors like healthcare or manufacturing
  • UKG Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with solution gap analysis, client advisory, business process design, and implementation lifecycle
  • Project management and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work with limited information and travel up to 30%
Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagement teams, manage project budgets, and deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, understand industry trends
  • Provide team coaching, foster innovation, and develop new business opportunities
