Job Title : HR Manager - Restoration Industry (Full-Time, Permanent, Remote)

Location : Remote with office visits as required

Salary : Up to $85,000 per year

Benefits : $800 monthly car allowance plus paid fuel, 3 weeks vacation

About the Company :

Join a well-established restoration company looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This is a remote role with office visits as needed, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Serve as the main contact for staff concerns and issues
• Investigate and resolve conflicts, issuing warnings when necessary
• Document all employee conflicts, concerns, and incidents of mistreatment
• Conduct and document exit interviews for departing employees

Health & Safety & Meetings

• Coordinate weekly meetings for all offices and create meeting agendas
• Ensure health & safety compliance and coordinate all related parties

Hiring & Recruitment

• Participate in the hiring process, including job postings and employee selection
• Assist in coordinating the Foreign Worker Program with immigration authorities
• Collect and submit driver information for insurance approval

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, conflict resolution, and HR best practices
• Experience with health & safety coordination is an asset
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional office visits
