We are seeking a n HR Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Burnaby, BC.

Your expertise will shine as you advise and coach leaders in areas like leadership development, performance management, employee & labor relations, and engagement.
This position emphasizes collaboration, working seamlessly across all levels at BCAA to achieve the goals of our business units. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to various people projects, supporting our ongoing success as a top employer . This hybrid role requires three days a week in the office. What you’ll bring:
Post-secondary degree in HR or business, along with a minimum five years’ directly related experience .
Extensive knowledge and experience in various human resources functions with emphasis on strategic HR partnership.
Experience working with and implementing business strategy.
Experience in labour and employment relations.
A valid BC Driver’s License with a cle a n drivers abstract and ability to travel from time to time throughout BC

Once here, you will focus on :
Strategic Partnership : Forge strong partnerships with business leaders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator to support the strategic objectives of client groups.
Employee Lifecycle Mastery: Provide expert guidance throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and onboarding to performance management, employee and labor relations, and engagement.
Leadership Development: Drive leadership development initiatives, coaching and mentoring organizational leaders to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Business Unit Alignment: Actively participate in driving and accomplishing the goals of various business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and contributing to the overall success of the company.
People Projects : Take the lead on exciting people projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and further solidifying our reputation as a top employer in the industry.
Continuous Improvement : Implement continuous improvement strategies in HR processes, policies, and practices, ensuring adaptability to evolving organizational needs and industry trends.

The annual salary range for this position is $ 90,000 to $ 115 ,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20% (based on individual and corporate performance outcomes) .
