Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Plant HR Generalist to serve as the primary day-to-day HR resource for the Brita Plant, supporting employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role also handles payroll and benefits administration for both Glad and Brita sites.

The role involves coordinating recruitment for hourly and student positions, onboarding, maintaining records, reporting, and partnering with site leaders on workforce priorities and HR

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist foundation in an operational manufacturing environment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage payroll, benefits, and HR admin confidentially.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and privacy/compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Brita employees and leaders on HR matters.
• Support attendance management, employee relations, and performance discussions.
• Own recruitment for hourly and summer students, including postings, screening and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire integration for Brita employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
