Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking an HR Generalist - Floater to support the Talent and Development team and provide hands-on HR services on the plant floor. The role focuses on engagement, policy execution, staffing, and collaboration with recruitment agencies.

You will partner with manufacturing leaders to manage employee relations, onboarding, and compliance, while supporting health and safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment or warehouse.
• Strong understanding of Ontario Employment Standards Act and OHS Act.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR programs, policies and processes on the plant floor to enhance engagement and retention.
• Support Talent and Development initiatives and onboarding of agency staff.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and code of conduct.
