Bird Construction is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to develop, monitor, and optimize project schedules across pre-construction and construction phases from our Port Hope site office in Ontario. You will coordinate with estimating, design, engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to ensure schedules are realistic and aligned with contract requirements.

As a Planner/Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for multiple construction projects across both pre-construction and construction phases. You will collaborate closely with project teams—including estimating, design, engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors—to ensure schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with contract and company requirements. This role is instrumental in tracking progress, analyzing performance, identifying potential delays, and proactively developing mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities at Bird will span from bid support and baseline schedule development to construction monitoring, schedule analysis, and project closeout. This role will be based out of our Port Hope site office, Ontario.
